From September 4th to September 6th, in order to further improve the skills of employees, in accordance with the relevant requirements of the company's job training, the company specially invited the training staff of Beijing FANUC Electromechanical Company to carry out the PMC design and application training for all members of the electrical group of the Sino-German manufacturing department.
This training was given by Mr. Li from FANUC, and all members of the electrical team of our department participated in the training. Based on the actual situation of our company, Mr. Li has scientifically formulated the teaching plan and teaching progress, and taught the teaching from the basics of program control, PMC control principle, function instruction application and practical operation skills, so that the trainers can start from the theory and lay a solid foundation for practical operations. Mr. Li has rich experience on the spot, paying attention to the theory and practice to carry out targeted teaching. The training staff are all listening, thinking and carefully recording. In the classroom, the teacher also used the system simulation software to demonstrate the application, which is very vivid.

In order to test the training results and improve the hands-on ability, the teacher arranged a debugging task. The trainees responded positively and were eager to try. Finally, the technician Zheng Donghui accepted the task. Because it was the first time to use the debugging software, Zheng was a little nervous and unfamiliar, but in the end, with the help of everyone, the debugging task was successfully completed, and the classroom atmosphere became easy. In this process of working together to complete the task, not only improved the employee's thinking and practice ability, but also the teamwork ability of everyone is cultivated. At the end of the course, the lecturer organized a rigorous theoretical and practical knowledge test, and 18 participants successfully passed the exam, and the training achieved good results.
This training has improved the professional theoretical level and operational skills of our electrical and technical personnel, and at the same time improved the efficiency of everyone's work to a certain extent and promoted the overall development of individuals.
