In previous years, survey activities were conducted through paper questionnaires. This year, in order to comply with the development of the information age and make full use of the enterprise information platform, we have specially set up a special link for satisfaction survey in the "Greatoo Intelligence" APP. During the event period from December 26th to 30th, employees can open the APP to fill in the questionnaire, which saves paper and a lot of manpower and material resources. In order to mobilize the enthusiasm of the employees to participate in this event, the survey also set up a lottery session. As long as the staff carefully fill out the questionnaire and put forward reasonable suggestions, they can participate in instant sweepstakes. The first prize is thousand yuan or the equivalent, and was eventually won by the company's two lucky ones.
With the active cooperation of all employees, this year's employee satisfaction survey completed the data collection on time. After the investigation, the staff will work overtime to conduct full statistics, analyze the survey results, and issue an analysis report on the results of the 2018 employee satisfaction survey.
