The 7th Anniversary Corporate Communication Symposium on Window of College Student Federation

On June 21st, the College Student Federation and Administration Office organized a "Corporate Exchange Seminar", inviting corporate culture teams of Tsingtao Brewery (Jieyang) Co., Ltd., Shenzhen Pepsi Cola Beverage Co., Ltd. Jiedong Branch, Kangmei Commodity Co., Ltd. went to Greatoo (China&Germany) Robot and Intelligent Manufacturing Co., Ltd. to participate the forum, exchanging corporate publishing and corporate culture. Wu Yingxiong, the administrative human resources director of our company, and Zhang Shiqin, the general manager of Greatoo (China&Germany), took the time to attend. 
The event kicked off in our six-degree-of-freedom industrial robot lion dance performance and the inspiring song "Men's Self-improvement". Liu Jielong, the vice president of the federation, led the guests to visit our intelligent robots and introduced their applications and demonstrations in various fields. After that, the guests and the guests came to the audio-visual conference room on the second floor of the office building. The president and host of the federation, Chen Xudong, first expressed warm welcome to everyone on behalf of the company, and showed the development history of company and the federation through three-dimensional display of the company’s representative image by playing corporate promotional videos and PPT, as well as the editing and management of the Window of College Student Federation and the team building, etc.. In addition, Xie Xiaomin, the current editor-in-chief of the Greatoo Newspaper, introduced the publication of Greatoo Newspaper to everyone, and hoped to take this opportunity to discuss and exchange the experience of the publication of the enterprise magazines, learn from each other and make progress to each other.  
In the exchange, both the host and the guests launched a friendly and harmonious conversation on the advantages and disadvantages of the enterprise magazines and the timeliness, the acceptance of the audience, the source of the manuscript, and the organization of corporate culture activities. And director Wu answered the questions raised by the visiting company representatives.    
When the guests asked about the propaganda methods of the newspapers and magazines, Wu introduced that Greatoo is a leading company in Jieyang. It is often used as a stop for important foreign guests. We are committed to building a distinctive corporate culture. As the important carrier and propaganda position of the company's corporate culture, paper publications such as Greatoo Newspaper, Window of College Student Federation and Party Construction Journal are a banner for displaying the company's image. Online promotion is convenient, but paper newspapers have unique advantages, so we have always adhered to the way of online and offline.  For the operation and management of the company's newspapers and periodicals, Xie Xiaomin, editor-in-chief of Greatoo Newspaper, added: We have strict requirements for the time of submission, review and printing. We must complete the layout before the 25th of each month, complete the first draft of the newspaper before 30th, and complete the printing before the 10th of the following month and send it to the departments and workshops, so that everyone can understand the important events of the company in a timely and comprehensive manner.  
Taking into account the demand and attention of the production staff on the newspaper, it has a lot to do with the cultural literacy and hobbies of the production employees. In this respect, under the premise of insisting on the purpose of running the newspaper, we try our best to improve the quality and attractiveness of the newspaper itself, such as adopting employee contributions and reporting information that employees like to see, so as to improve the attention of the newspaper. Director Wu also generously shared with the visiting company representatives the company's corporate culture event organization experience, editorial experience, reporting skills, etc., and exchanged ideas, practices and details. Through exchanges, visiting representatives of the company gave a very high evaluation of our company's newspaper concept and professional level, and said that Director Wu's words have inspired new ideas for their own corporate culture activities; This exchange also enabled the colleagues attended to learn about the excellent experience of other companies in the management of corporate newspapers, such as the source of the contribution, the management of the fee, etc., and further recognized the importance of network push, for the continuous improvement of the enterprise level and build an excellent corporate culture to lay the foundation.
