In order to open up the vision of party members and learn from the experience of party building in advanced enterprises, further strengthen the team of corporate members and corporate culture, on July 5th, under the leadership of Party Secretary Wu Yingxiong, the Greatoo Party Branch organized a team of party members to visit and exchange with Tsingtao Brewery (Jieyang) Co., Ltd., which is in the leading position in the domestic beer industry.
The party branch was warmly received by the Tsingtao Brewery Company. Under the leadership of deputy general manager Lan, the party members first visited the "Party Member Style Exhibition Wall" in the Tsingtao Brewery Company Hall. The photos of the party members posted on the "Party Member Style Exhibition Wall", surrounded by a distinctive red color, which is very dazzling. This display wall is like a bright banner, reminds us all the time that: Party members must always strictly demand themselves. Therefore, party members must constrain themselves with strict standards, improve their business level and comprehensive quality as their work priorities, and enhance their sense of responsibility. 
Subsequently, everyone visited the production line of Tsingtao Brewery packaging workshop. According to the introduction of the manager of Tsingtao Brewery Human Resources Wu, the production process of Tsingtao Brewery can be divided into four processes of wheat, saccharification, fermentation and packaging, while the raw materials for fermentation are malt, rice, yeast, hops and brewing water, and the most special raw material is hops. The addition of hops can give the beer a refreshing bitter taste and a unique aroma, promote protein coagulation, improve the non-biological stability of the beer, and also help the beer foam box to play a bacteriostatic role. After a series of large-scale machines and empty shells, through a series of automated operations, a can of high-quality glycol beer was formed. A small can of beer, its complex internal processes and automated logistics lines make everyone amazed.
In the inner bar of Tsingtao Brewery, everyone tastes the freshly brewed beer liquid, and communicates with the staff of Tsingtao Brewery, talks about the cultural collision between different companies. It is an excellent corporate culture exchange feast.
