From June 13 to 14, 2017, as a new employee of the Greatoo, I joined the outward training for the new staffs,which is a special education class.In the morning of June 13, under the leadership of the company's Human Resources Department, nearly a hundred new staffs set off for the outward training full of passion and vision.

When arrived at the Moral Education Base of Jieyang,we put on green uniforms, put on the green cap quickly,and began a new military life.Under the command of the instructor,all new staffs compiled into four squads,and each team has its own team name, team flag, slogan, captain,and team flower.And on the playground, the loud slogan sounded from time to time.

The leadershould have the responsibility. Under the leadership of the instructor, we carried out a special PK race - "Leadership", which aims to give us a clearer understanding of the "leader".The rules of this activity are: each team decide the outcomeby counting. The loser will be punished,to do the push-ups. And in every game, the captain of the team can consciously complete the action, they did not wrinkle a brow and complain a word,which let me feel the leadership of them,what a responsible person they are!

The party reflects the strength of everyone.On the evening of June 13th, all our new staff were reunited to watch the variety of art shows performed by teams in turn.The first and second team sang a song named"Army Green Flower"together,which expressed the deepest emotions of the number of soldiers.And the third team sang a song named"Union is strength",which reproduce the scene when People's Liberation Army against foreign enemies in World War II.Finally, all the new staff together to perform national dance "bamboo dance", which make the distance between the new staff closer.In the performance site, the new staff fully demonstrated the spirit of contemporary youth.

Cooking outdoor reflect the independence of the staffs.On the morning of June 14th, all of our new employees went to cook outdoor.Under the leadership of the instructor, we pick vegetables in the pastoral with endless fun ,and then,we began to cook.Each group of new employees are like a family, and help each others.With the fried chicken, stir fry pumpkin, omelette and other dishes out of a dish, we really feel the fun of life, feel the joy of self-reliance.

Education makes people grow better,through the outward training, we learn a lot.
