Establish a Sense of Prevention and Achieve Safe Production——A Trainning of Work Safety Analysis (JSA)

However, in the specific production and operation process, the principle of safety first must be adhered to, because only safety can promote production. Greatoo has always advocated safety supremacy. In the production process, it has always adhered to the principle of "safety first, prevention first", especially for safety production training. And on the 26th of this month, the Bussiness Division of Tire Molds opened a "JSA " training course for new employees.
The work safety analysis identifies the risks existing in each step of the operation process, refines the hidden dangers in the work, allows the operators to analyze the risks existing in the operation in advance, and consciously avoids and realizes safe operations during the operation, at the same time improve work efficiency. This training specially invited colleagues from the company's safety office, to take a deep-seated course for new employees with the theme of work safety analysis.
First, the instructor asked the employees to be divided into groups of four, and a team leader was selected in the group, and then to discuss the problem.
Exploring Question 1: Suppose now that each group wants to set up a company separately. With each team member as a partner, how should the department structure be set up to meet the daily operational needs of the company?
After some discussions, the team leaders came to the stage to talk about the operation plans of each group, and everyone spoke very well. However, when the instructor asked how much the cost of security management will be invested in the operation of the enterprise, and the proportion of the cost and loss of the safety management accounted for the operating cost of the enterprise, everyone can't answer this question. They did not take into account the issue of security management. After the discussion, the instructor showed several cases about the company's lack of risk management and caused huge losses. Once again, the principle of "safe production management is stop loss in the enterprise" is explained.
Exploring Question 2: Suppose now that each group is a production team, what are the daily management tasks of the production team?
In the same way, everyone discussed it very enthusiastically, but security management is still not at the top of the list. The instructor gave everyone an analysis of several important steps in the daily management of production. Safety management is always in the first place. Safety production management is a stop loss for the enterprise and a guarantee for the employees.
Through the discussion of the above questions, the instructor hopes that the students will substitute themselves into the identity of the business manager and understand the importance of safety management in various details of the operation process.
Subsequently, the instructor gave us a job safety analysis on the actual situation of the company and the contents of the document:
1. Identification and evaluation of hazard sources – it can be evaluated according to the hidden danger investigation system/hazard source identification evaluation form;
2. Formulate hazard source/risk point control measures - various safety management systems/operational procedures/operation instructions have been developed;
3. Eliminate hidden dangers and control risks – we need to develop safety inspection plans / carry out various safety inspections;
4. Form a safety culture and management system - safety training / team safety meeting / self-examination / internal audit.
At the end of the training, the instructor explained the typical violation cases to the new employees and warned everyone to establish a sense of safety in the future.
