In order to help workers with family economy difficulties to have a happy celebration for the Spring Festival, under the support and care of the company’s board, Worker Support Center, at 11 a.m. on February 2, the labor union and other departments held “2016 Meeting for Extending Regards in New Year” at conference room with audio-visual equipment at the factory at Longgang Road after they interviewed workers with economy problems and fully knew workers’ situations. In the meeting, the company extended their regards to 16 workers in need of help to solve some urgent problems.

Yingxiong Wu, the president of the company’s labor union and the director of HR & Administration Department, Yanliang Chen, the director of Administrative Office, Dongping Wu, the manager of HR Department, Hao Xie, the president of Worker Support Center and its vice-president, Ruiming Chen, and 16 workers with economy problems as well as their family members attended this meeting. At first, Director Chen gave an opening speech, giving his sincere greetings and new year wishes. Meanwhile, he encouraged all participants to be optimistic in the face of difficulties and feel thankful for the opportunity to learn a lesson from difficulties and be grateful for the care and help from the company’s leaders and colleagues. 

After sending condolence money to the workers and their family, Yingxiong Wu, the president of the labor union asked 16 workers about their situations and introduced the trend of the company’s development last year. At the same time, he shared his life experiences. He explained as the misfortune or difficulties had already been real problems, all of them had to do was try their best to reduce the harm caused by misfortune and share their experiences to others so others could avoid such problems. When Wu talked about occupational injuries, he hoped that the company should invite those who suffered occupational injuries to teach a lesson to new workers, so they could turn their misfortune into others’ fortune. Besides, he also encouraged all participants to be optimistic in the face of difficulties. 

In the rest of Wu’s speech, he pointed out that in the past years, the company has been showing its care to workers and their families and figuring out every means to help workers out of difficulties. As there were many workers and families, it’s impossible for the company to send their regards to all of them. The participants who were present at the meeting were representatives of workers with economy difficulties. Meanwhile, he hoped that this meeting could extend the company’s regards to workers. Workers who received the company’s regards also expressed their feelings and showed their appreciation to the company’s board, leaders and all staff members, saying that they would make every effort to overcome difficulties.
 

Only efforts, bravery and optimism can overcome difficulties. Greatoo will always share with all workers in trouble and believes that tomorrow will be better. At last, the meeting ended in warm and peaceful atmosphere.
