On December 24, 2015, 8 people of the investigating group of Guangzou Ministry of Industry and Information Technology Visited the Research Institute of Greatoo (Guangzhou). Doctor Yang accompanied the guests and gave a detailed explanation of the company suggestions of Guangzhou informatization plan of 13th Five -Year Plan.

In the following discussion, Doctor Yang explained the company抯 solutions to intelligent factories in details, mainly including management and control systems of intelligent workshops, the Internet of Things system of the manufacturing in the intelligent factories and unit control system. Take unit control system for example, robots?manufacturing cell control system serves as the rain?in the flexible production line as well as the core to realize automatic production line. This robot-oriented manufacturing cell control system is mainly used in machining industry to realize flexible, automatic and intelligent processing; the use of standard Ethernet interfaces can realize the communication between the different equipment rooms such as numerical control machines, checkout equipment, robots and main control computers. This can achieve high automation and realize unmanned production and a series of coherent working procedures such as automatic loading, feeding materials, cleaning and checking.
